Dr med. Sebastian Pretzsch (Dr. med. Sebastian Pretzsch) is a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery at Villa Bella Clinic, Munich. He operates on the breast, performs body lifts and liposuction, treats lipoedema and carries out aesthetic surgery of the face.
Where the doctor practises and what they do
He has worked as a plastic surgeon at Villa Bella in Munich since February 2026. His main field is aesthetic breast surgery: augmentation with implants or with the patient’s own fat, reduction and lifting. The second is body contouring: tightening of the abdomen, upper arms, thighs and buttocks, liposuction, and the treatment of lipoedema, a painful build-up of fatty tissue on the legs and arms that does not respond to dieting. This kind of plastic surgery is often needed after major weight loss, when the skin does not tighten by itself.
The third part of his work is the face: eyelid surgery, lip lift, facelift and transfer of the patient’s own fat to restore volume. Without surgery he treats wrinkles and contours with hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulators, platelet-rich plasma taken from the patient’s own blood, and micro- and nanofat — very finely processed fatty tissue injected through a thin needle.
What they are known for
Dr Sebastian Pretzsch began in 2017 in the department of general, visceral and minimally invasive surgery at the Nordwest hospital in Frankfurt, then spent two years in its department of orthopaedics, trauma and spinal surgery. In 2020 and 2021 he worked in the department of plastic, aesthetic, reconstructive and hand surgery at the protestant hospital of Central Hesse in Gießen. From 2021 to 2025 he trained at the department of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery of the Isar Klinikum in Munich, and in 2025 he qualified as a specialist in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. His route through general and trauma surgery shows: he gives tissue healing the same attention as the aesthetic result.
