Dr Nadja Zimmer (Dr. Nadja Zimmer) is a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery at Villa Bella Clinic, Munich. She operates on the breast, performs liposuction and body contouring, and shapes facial contours without surgery.
Where the doctor practises and what they do
She has worked at Villa Bella in Munich since May 2025. Her main field is surgery of the female breast: augmentation, reduction and lifting. Body contouring and liposuction follow from this, as do combined procedures after pregnancy, in which an abdominoplasty and a breast correction are done under one anaesthetic. In this kind of plastic surgery what is removed matters as much as how long recovery will take when there are small children at home.
The second part of her work covers treatments without surgery: hyaluronic acid fillers for the contours of the chin, nose and lips, biostimulators that prompt the body to build its own collagen, preparations that relax the muscles of facial expression, and light-based treatments for the skin. Dr Nadja Zimmer studied medicine at the University of Bonn. From 2015 to 2018 she worked at the Dritter Orden hospital in Munich on joint replacement and trauma surgery, then moved through the district hospital in Erding and a practice in Nymphenburg. From 2019 to 2022 she was a resident in plastic and aesthetic surgery at the Isarklinikum in Munich, qualifying as a specialist in February 2023. From 2022 to 2025 she worked at the trauma hospital in Murnau, in plastic and reconstructive microsurgery and the centre for severe burns, where she was appointed senior physician in 2023, and trained other doctors in injection techniques. She holds an additional qualification in emergency medicine, is the appointed officer for laser safety and radiation protection, and speaks at congresses on the safety of injectables.
