Dr med. Maximilian Chlosta (Dr. med. Maximilian Chlosta) is a plastic surgeon and the doctor responsible for hygiene at Villa Bella Clinic, Munich. He operates on the breast, performs liposuction and body contouring, treats lipoedema and carries out aesthetic surgery of the face.
Where the doctor practises and what they do
He has worked as a plastic surgeon at Villa Bella in Munich since August 2026. His main field is aesthetic breast surgery: augmentation, reduction and lifting. The second large area is liposuction and body contouring — tightening of the abdomen, upper arms, thighs and lower legs after weight loss or pregnancy. He treats lipoedema separately: a painful build-up of fatty tissue on the legs and arms that does not respond to dieting and needs a different approach from ordinary plastic surgery.
The third part of his work is the face: eyelid surgery, lip lift, facelift and transfer of the patient’s own fat to restore lost volume. He also offers injectable treatments — hyaluronic acid fillers, preparations that relax the muscles of facial expression, and light-based treatments for the skin. At the consultation he explains what each method actually achieves and where the line runs between an operation and an injection.
What they are known for
Dr Maximilian Chlosta studied medicine at the University of Marburg and completed his doctorate with distinction. From 2017 to 2019 he worked in the department of visceral, thoracic and vascular surgery at Marburg University Hospital, then spent a year in the plastic surgery department of the Eduardus Hospital in Cologne. Between 2020 and 2024 he trained at the department of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery of the Isarklinikum in Munich, and in February 2024 he qualified as a specialist in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He then served as deputy medical head of an aesthetic clinic in Munich and Erding and led the Munich site of LipoPlas. He is a full member of the German Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons.
