Since 2019, Prof. Dr med. Adrian Münscher has been serving as Chief Physician at Marienkrankenhaus Hamburg. His clinical practice covers ear, nose and throat medicine, head and neck surgery, plastic operations, and allergy treatment. He operates across several hospital divisions, including the ENT clinic, the Robotics Centre, the Head and Neck Tumour Centre, the Cochlear Implant (CI) Centre, and outpatient care.
His primary areas of focus include surgical interventions for benign and malignant head and neck tumours, reconstructive plastic procedures, and medical care for auditory and allergic disorders. He provides inpatient surgical treatment as well as outpatient consultations for complex ear, nose and throat conditions.

Prof. Dr med. Adrian Münscher completed his medical doctorate at the University of Hamburg in 2002 and gained his licence to practise in 2004. Following a clinical stay at Northwestern University in Chicago, he completed specialist training in ear, nose and throat medicine at the University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). He served as senior physician specializing in cancer treatment, deputy clinic director, and acting clinic director at UKE before completing his habilitation in 2014 and being appointed professor in 2021. He is a member of the German Society of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, the Berufsverband HNO, the IAGKHT, and the Hamburger Krebsgesellschaft.
